Copy and Past for frame 41 of the tutorial. (copy the entire line below)
wget -r -np -nH --cut-dirs=2 http://vectorlinux.osuosl.org/docs/vl60/

Lagagnon's original tutorial (Do it all in the terminal)

1) mkdir /usr/doc/VLHelpCenter
2) cd /usr/doc/VLHelpCenter
3) wget -r -np -nH --cut-dirs=2 http://vectorlinux.osuosl.org/docs/vl60/
4) exit
5) cd ~

The original tutorial included steps to create a new launcher.  I found this unnecessary on my systems
as the existing launcher immediatly began launching the new info after the download.
