Autochanging Wallpaper with Wally on Vectorlinux 7.0

Wally is an automatic wallpaper changer. This tutorial will show you some of the features of Wally and how to get it working on an Xfce4 desktop. (Though I would suspect it would work pretty much the same for any desktop manager.
